General
The terms of this agreement cover all sales via the online store from Bidrottningen Handelsbolag unless otherwise agreed. Bidrottningen Handelsbolag applies the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1190:932) and the Distance Contract Act towards consumers. Read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency.
Prices and price changes
Bidrottningen Handelsbolag reserves the right to adjust prices and data without prior notice. The price at the time of order is what applies. We reserve ourselves for incorrectly published prices and data. Our goal is to always show correct prices and data. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
Terms of payment
Persons under the age of 18 must have parental consent to order goods from Bidrottningen Handelsbolag.
Delivery and risk
Delivery is made by DHL to the nearest Service Point. If a specific Service Point is desired, we need the information in connection with the order. Email the order number and desired Service Point to viktoria@amberhoney.se The delivery is notified via SMS message or email from the Service Point. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier. Complaints regarding transport damage or missing goods must therefore be made directly to the carrier in connection with the receipt of the goods. Any compensation is never more than the carrier's compensation levels.
Efter första aviseringen så kvarligger paketet i sju (7) dagar på Service Point. Det ska aviseras påminnelse varannan dag. Efter sju dagar går paketet tillbaka till närmsta DHL-terminal och Bidrottningen HB blir kontaktad. För paket som inte hämtas ut på Service Point debiteras kunden en kostnad på 300 kr. Detta motsvarar de kostnader som det kostat Bidrottningen HB att mottaga paketet i retur.
Repossession / Right of withdrawal
Bidrottningen HB reserves the right to take back the sold goods until all parts of this agreement are fulfilled.
Guarantees
Bidrottningen HB guarantees that delivered goods meet our high quality standards. If the quality of any item would be substandard upon delivery and this is not caused by the carrier, the item can be returned and a new flawless item is obtained + compensation for return postage. However, contact must be made with Bidrottningen HB before returning a faulty product.
Backorder / Incomplete delivery
Backorders that were not notified to the buyer when the order was placed or immediately via order acknowledgment by email must be reordered.
Complaints / Incorrect delivery
In case of complaint or wrong delivery, the customer is asked to contact Viktoria directly via email viktoria@amberhoney.se.
If the customer receives a different product than what is demonstrably ordered, a complaint must be made within seven (7) days from the delivery of the goods to the customer. Compensation is normally made with an exchange for the ordered product. In exceptional cases, crediting of the product can take place. Bidrottningen HB reserves the right to determine the method of compensation. Any credit is made at the invoiced price. No fee is charged for the credit. Bidrottningen HB is responsible for the shipping of the return and replacement product.
Returns
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of picking up the item. This is provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition. Please note that the law does not cover food and live plant material. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days, calculated from the time the product arrives at the delivery point. Returns are sent to Bidrottningen HB, Lilla Vägen 12, 235 91, Vellinge, Skåne.
Liability
No claims can be made against Amber Honey, part of the Bidrottningen Group due to incomplete delivery, incorrect delivery or other costs incurred by the customer. Bidrottningen HB reserves the right to replace products that for various reasons do not meet our quality requirements.
Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or which otherwise cause Bidrottningen HB to suffer financial damage, or other damage is reported to the police. The IP number of the computer from which the order was made is logged and handed over to the police in connection with the police report.
Disputes
Disputes shall primarily be resolved directly between the parties, Bidrottningen HB and the buyer. In cases where this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled in Swedish general court according to Swedish legislation in Swedish.
Personal data
When you place an order with Amber Honey, we save your information such as name, address, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, customer number, delivery and payment details. Amber Honey needs your address to be able to deliver your package in the best possible way. The personal data Amber Honey receives in connection with your order is also saved for possible future support, complaints and guarantees. Amber Honey's way of collecting and storing information complies with GDPR May 25, 2018. The law is based on common rules that have been decided in the EU. It is Bidrottningen HB in Vellinge 969714-5028 that is responsible for personal data.
Your personal data is saved during the time there is an ongoing user relationship and a time thereafter and in accordance with the consent given. Amber Honey does not process customer data older than two years, but for our accounting purposes we need to save purchase history for seven years.
You are always welcome to contact us if you wish to request an extract of registered data, if you wish to request changes to registered data or if you as a customer wish your data to be deleted. Amber Honey guarantees that we never disclose your personal data or e-mail address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, such as the police, prosecutors or the like requesting information. For automatic mailings from Amber Honey, you as a customer can easily unsubscribe via a link in the email. This is easy to do without you as a customer having to make a login or similar.
